Literacy Programs

We support the readers, writers, and thinkers in our community from their earliest moments all the way through high school and beyond.

Summer Camp (Grades K-8): At the Summer Book Camp, we focus on language acquisition, recreational reading, group & community building, fun trips, critical thinking and creative writing.

After School Studio (grades K-8): A literacy program designed with your child in mind! Every afternoon, our space transforms into a haven for creative expression, where students become artists, musicians, scientists, dancers, and - of course - readers, writers, and thinkers!

Mondays through Thursdays, 3-6:00 pm

Ms. Kira presents: The Third Space:  This weekly book club for teens in our community allows a safe space for learning, questioning, reading, and reflecting on Black Literacy classics and soon-to-be classics.
